UK and International Delivery Information

Deliveries to the UK

We aim to deliver within the United Kingdom and Channel Islands within 5-7 working days from confirmation of payment.

If the item is a Post Office size small package we will use Royal Mail 2nd class. The items are only insured up to the value of £20.00.

Most other deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. We will then have a tracking number and the goods are insured up to the value of £50.00

If you have an urgent requirement please contact us by email and we will do our best to speed your order up.

If the delivery company have proof of the delivery being accepted than that will be sufficient for us to have had the delivery confirmed.

Please note we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by third parties or responsible for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

Damages and Breakages during delivery

In the first instance please refer to the Royal Mail for damages caused to your items. We can assure you that we take great care in the packing of our precious Fairy Items to ensure that you receive them in excellent condition.

International Shipping and Shipping to the EU

We are happy to ship anywhere in the World but prices vary enormously and can be very high, so please email info@fairygardensuk.co.uk for individual quotations for delivery.
