We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  Unwanted items can be exchanged or fully refunded provided they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

You must notify us in writing if you wish to cancel your order, quoting your order reference number. Your refund will be returned within 30 days.  Refunds on orders which have been cancelled accordingly will be processed in accordance with your legal rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Please note that you are responsible for the return postage costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Please ensure that the product is packaged carefully as we are not responsible for products damaged or lost during the return delivery.

Any breakages in deliveries must be reported within 14 days of receipt of your order. We can not send replacements or offer refunds if the 14 days has expired.
